The terms and conditions outline what to expect when working with KB Expressions Coaching, LLC ("KB Expressions Coaching"). Before starting a career services program, clients must sign a contract that includes the terms and conditions. KB Expressions Coaching reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to the client in writing.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
CONFIDENTIALITY
KB Expressions Coaching understands the sensitivity of obtaining career services and performing job searches while employed. As such, KB Expressions Coaching adheres to the International Coaching Federations’ (ICF) code of ethics, including confidentiality.
PAYMENT
Payment for the coaching services will be as agreed upon between the client and KB Expressions Coaching. Payment terms, including amounts, methods, and due dates, will be outlined in a separate agreement.
General payment guidelines
Written Career Communications (such as résumés, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles)
Career Coaching and Other Services
Fees must be paid in advance before scheduled coaching sessions.
KB Expressions Coaching accepts payments using Stripe via the Paperbell platform.
PROJECT DURATION
KB Expressions Coaching understands that changing circumstances may result in the original timeline for completion may not be possible to met.
Client Responsibilities
If the client cannot meet the timeline outlined in the contract, including review/feedback turnaround cycles, advise the coach as soon as possible to revise the timeline.
If the client does not advise KB Expressions Coaching of their inability to complete the project within the initial timeline and draft documents

The project will be considered complete, and no additional work will be done toward finalizing the documents. The client may opt to complete the documents on their own.
KB Expressions Coaching Responsibilities
If KB Expressions Coaching cannot meet the timeline outlined in the milestone chart due to unforeseen circumstances, it will work with the client to determine revised milestone dates.
REVIEW & FEEDBACK PROCESS
Written career communications may include, but are not limited to, resumes, cover letters, LinkedIn profiles, interview question response scripts, and letters of intent.
Drafts and Revisions
At least one (1) but no more than three (3) revised versions of the client’s career communication package will be drafted before the career services package is finalized. To ensure the success of the drafting process, the client’s feedback must be detailed and cover the full range of considerations/concerns. If the client requests more than three (3) revisions for a given document, an additional $25 will be charged for each additional rewrite/draft per document.
Turnaround Time
The coaching package target dates depend on both parties’ availability and participation and assume no more than three (3) drafts. For each draft provided, the client will provide feedback within 72 hours of a draft being forwarded (unless prior arrangements have been made).
In turn, KB Expressions Coaching will return the revised documents within a maximum window of 72 hours (unless prior arrangements have been made). If the client fails to meet the 72-hour feedback turnaround and no prior arrangements have been made, KB Expressions Coaching will assume that the most recent draft is final and will complete the career communication package “as is.”

CONTENT ACCURACY
Career communications prepared by KB Expressions Coaching represent the client’s professional history, and the client is more likely than anyone to spot an error or an omission. While KB Expressions Coaching strives for perfection, sometimes mistakes occur. Therefore, all communications will be computer spell-checked, grammar-checked, visually inspected, and proofread. However, the client is responsible for verifying that career communications are letter-perfect.
Although all errors the client may find will be corrected during the review/feedback cycle, the client will always be responsible for the final proofing. Therefore, any errors overlooked before the final emailing of any document(s) and any information incorrectly supplied by the client may result in additional editing charges.
KB Expressions Coaching will not be held liable for any inaccuracies, including, but not limited to, untruths about work and volunteer experience and education being taken or completed.
TERMINATION DUE TO FAILURE TO COMPLETE OR COMPLY WITH TERMS & CONDITIONS
If either the client or KB Expressions Coaching determines that the contractual obligations outlined in the contract or contract addendum will not or cannot be met, an evaluation will be done by KB Expressions Coaching to determine whether or not a refund will be granted.
No refunds will be granted under the following conditions
If the original timeline cannot be met, the client may continue working with KB Expressions Coaching within the new service terms established by KB Expressions Coaching. If the client decides not to complete the project within different service terms, the client is free to complete their career communication(s) on their own, and KB Expressions Coaching will be released from completing the original agreement, including completion of the career communication package.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All materials provided by KB Expressions Coaching, including guides, templates, and resources, are for the client's personal use and may not be reproduced or shared without prior written consent.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
KB Expressions Coaching will not be liable for any
GOVERNING LAW
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New Jersey (United States of America).
